Food at Biggin Hall Hotel
Biggin Hall’s restaurant possesses character in abundance, oak beamed and cosy by candlelight and beautiful views over the lawns and Peak District hills in the daytime, it delivers a delectable hearty and modern English menu.
Championing a whole host of local produce and seasonal ingredients, embracing a passion for tradition and excellence Chefs Mark Wilton, Johnathan Hine & Ashley Houton make full use of the Peak District's natural larder when selecting produce for the regularly changing menu.
The emphasis of the menu is on simplicity and taste. It’s this straightforward approach to cooking that allows the quality of the ingredients to shine through.
A choice of real ales, guest beers, superb house wines and a highly commended wine list complement the restaurant and your meal.
The hotel itself is gaining legendary status, historically situated on one of the oldest salt routes from Cheshire and for being close to the site of Isaak Walton's fishing lodge and more recently for its exquisite dining experience.
