What to expect when you return
We have introduced new procedures to ensure the safety of staff and guests without compromising on service.
You will find that Biggin Hall has a more spacious feel to enable us to comply with social distancing, whilst retaining its charm and character.
Our builders took advantage of our closure to move in!
The new conservatory is well on the way to completion and our reception area has undergone extensive improvements. A number of our bedrooms had a refresh ready for the reopening!
We now have the addition of 3 glasshouses that offer a uniquely private, socially distanced dining experience in our lovely garden.
Unfortunately, in order to provide the safest environment for our guests, initially, we will not be opening for lunch or afternoon tea bookings. This is to ensure our public areas are thoroughly cleaned between our extended breakfast and dinner sittings. We hope to resume this offering as soon as is operationally possible.
We are happy to extend the expiry date of any vouchers purchased prior to lockdown until January 1st, 2021.
Our ‘new normal’ has started with some real improvements,
whilst making sure our guests, visitors and teams
have absolute assurance that we’re committed to their health and safety.
For all new enquiries and hotel reservations please feel free to contact us on 01298 84451. Alternatively, bookings can be made directly via our website or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We wish you all health and happiness, and cannot wait to welcome you back! In the meantime, do have a look at our action plan below for an overview of our planning for reopening.
